Look, I didn’t want to be a Half-blood. I didn’t ask for any of this. Run is one word I’ll tell you if you are reading this. Don’t just sit and fool around if some storm is building up in you. At this moment you are probably sweating very heavily. I envy anyone not being able to believe none of this happened. Recognizing yourself right now, you shall do not deny it once you know, they will sense it too. They will come and they will come to kill…..Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

My name is Xavia Stone.

I am twelve years old since I started Norseman Junior Middle school. It was a regular school, for regular kids…..Not exactly the school for me. You are probably wondering why I say that; well you could say I’m a troubled kid. If getting kicked out of every school since kindergarten, yes maybe I am. Not to mention setting a school on fire, or maybe I could mention that I accidently ruined a perfectly good bus…No story mentioned.

Today was yet again a weird day at Norseman. My only friend was Sarita B. I hated the way the girls at this school only came to school as though it was some fashion show. UGH! All I needed was a book and snuggle by my favorite tree. Did I forget to mention I was Dyslexic? I am diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia. I only liked to hide my face with my book; I couldn’t read it.

My long curly orange hair was a great contrast with my sky blue eyes. Where was Sarita anyways? Oh yep there in the bright colours yelling some poetic statement about Nargles and lies. She is a maniac about Harry potter. She goes on petitions….

The bell rang in my ears until the poetic statements were whispering with the wind. I ran inside, hopefully I did not have to talk to anyone on the way in. It was math and our teacher Mr. Hook wouldn’t want us to be late.

“Okay, the wizard rock concert is this Friday, Xavia. You coming, my sisters would take us.” Sarita chirped beside me as we entered the classroom.

“Yah, sure.” I replied. Maybe my dad would agree….My father was insanely good looking, but was mentally challenged. I loved him so much but he gets obnoxious easily. I guess since I was the only girl he ever had I couldn’t be the best. He went insane after my mother had left. He said she was the most beautiful women he had ever seen. He had gone insane because he loved her so much.

My thoughts were coming so quickly I pondered looking in front of me. There was a new kid, his name was Ethan Nakurma. He looked a bit Emo, but something about him…..His dark hair covered his left eye. He was wearing a skinny jeans and a black t-shirt. He was going to be placed beside me.

“Hey” he muttered.

“Hi…” I spoke softly.

There was a knock on the door I didn’t pay much attention to it. However a boy with jet black hair and green eyes walked in. Sarita leaned back on her chair. She sat in front of me.

“Sick yo, peace!” She said. “This school is totally awesome you are so going to love it there’s pizza lunch, cookie day, green day, bake sales, dances…..”

“Yah I don’t plan staying here long.” He said darkly.

“I…..” I started. Oh and with that Francesca Mills likes to catch me talking; just to get me in trouble. She shot up her hand.

“Mr. Hook, Xavia’s talking!” Francesca smirked.

“Very well, go get yourself a treat for being such a good tattler.” Mr. Hook said with no enthusiasm. Francesca was his favorite student.

I closed my eyes as she passed by I tried to calm myself down, counting to ten. My mind blanked out. The sound of whips filled the air. When I opened my eyes Francesca was sitting on the floor crying.

“Mr. Hook! Xavia choked me!” shrieked Francesca.

“What?!” I protested.

“Very well come with me Xavia Stone.” Mr. Hook eyes glowed.

As I passed by the murmuring students I heard the following:

“Did you see……the hair…it grabbed her neck…..”

I was confused as Sarita and the boy with the green eyes gave me a worried look. I now left the room with Mr. Hook.
