The Great Hall of Hogwarts was not crowded and rowdy as they normally were. The ceiling was sparkling blue with stars twinkling on and about. A 12 year old girl in her second year of Hogwarts slickly made her way to Dumbledore’s office; they were to discuss matter of what might change the wizarding world forever. She quietly slipped down the halls past the perky prefects and managed to make an escape from Peeves. As she approached the golden bird she said clear and loud “Lemon Drops” She stepped up the bird’s steps and knocked on the door. When no one answered she slipped in to find Dumbledore speaking with Harry Potter; one of her older friends and as she was about to slip out Dumbledore stopped her.

“What is it my dear child, Starla?” Dumbledore said calmly.

“I came to speak about my heritage, sir.” Starla replied bravely

“Of course dear I almost have forgotten.” Dumbledore said uncertainly

“Dumbledore I… wait a second I…I don’t if I should speak of this in front of Harry” Starla replied worried

(Starla’s point of view)

“I think he has the right to know.” He said staring at me with his old wise eyes

So I agreed. “It is obvious you would know of the Greek gods sir and Harry” I nodded to them and continued,”They are in fact very, very much alive, and usually as in legends they would often have children with mortals and well a male Greek god had me with my mother you see, she was a wizard and I…I’m a Half-blood sir. Most are dyslexic but I happen to not be because of me being half wizard. My mother told me of this on the Christmas break and how monsters are now attacking Hogwarts because I know of whom I am and I have to get to Camp Half-blood to protect the school monsters would flood the school within days!” I said so quickly I nearly bursted with exhaustion.

“Child, Child you always have a home here but you do what you have to do but just know that.” Dumbledore said so calmly I would have thought that he hadn’t heard what I just said.

“I just don’t want to put my friends in trouble and…well I want to find out who my real father is my birth father. The father I have right now is not exactly my real father but I do love him but I don’t know…I really don’t know!” I bursted into tears and covered my face.

“There, there child it’s okay.” In his calm voice again I was fed up of that calm voice I usually wasn’t someone to get mad but this stress took out the niceness out of me I was voted nicest in my school since I was in kindergarten but finally I bursted.

“HOW COULD YOU SAY EVERYTHINGS OKAY! I’M SICK OF EVERYONE TELLING ME IT’S GOING TO ALRIGHT WHEN IT’S NOT IT FEELS LIKE NO ONE’S LISTENING TO ME CORRECTLY!!!!!” I cried out loud “Sorry, oh my gosh, I am so sorry I didn’t mean to…well I just shouted out my stress I’m sorry.” I said more calmly.

I even forgot harry was listening to the whole conversation though I really didn’t care Harry Ron and Hermione were like Big Brother’s and sisters to me they were sixteen. Finally Harry made a comment.

“Maybe…Maybe we could let her go with a magical item something to ward of monsters.” Harry said.

“Maybe I said “but my mother never told me who my father was but just gave me a hair clip” I said grumbling I mean why would my dad go through all that trouble just to give me a hairclip? I wondered

“Wait, Could I see that hairclip?” Dumbledore said curiously

I shrugged ”I never took it off since I got it.” I said taking it off but as I took it off it grew longer and heavier in my hand it was know longer a hairclip but a three foot long celestial bronze sword in my hands with the markings Claireluneous.

“The twin of Anaklusmos Claireluneous is Greek for brother of the riptide!” I said.

Dumbledore looked at me humbly and I knew with that stare I was off on a journey and went to pack my things.
